This is all about making small small improvements in an organization. After doing one activity if you look back you will not understand the improvement. But after doing 100 Kaizen, when you look back one would understand what a big achievement is made by the Kaizen  teams. It is like climbing a hill. After climbing 100 steps when you look back you will understand what a height you have reached.

This course is for middle and lower level personnel in organizations.
